Technology that fits the way people work
We started ClearOps because we saw that most IT programs failed not because teams lacked tools, but because change was disconnected from daily work.
Our story
ClearOps was founded by technology operators who spent years watching organizations struggle with the same patterns: expensive tools that nobody used correctly, security policies that created workarounds, and IT support that felt like a bottleneck instead of a partner.
We saw that the gap wasn't technical capability—it was connection. The people making technology decisions weren't the same people living with those decisions every day. Change got imposed from above instead of designed around actual work.
So we built ClearOps to close that gap. We work directly with the teams who depend on technology, understand how they actually work, and design operations that reduce friction instead of creating it. The result is technology that feels like it belongs in your organization—not something you tolerate.
Our approach
Four principles guide everything we do.
Practical stewardship
We treat your technology budget like our own. Every recommendation considers total cost, long-term value, and what you actually need—not what sounds impressive in a demo.
Human clarity
Technology should make work clearer, not more confusing. We design systems and processes that people can understand, use correctly, and actually rely on.
Measured resilience
Security and reliability shouldn't be afterthoughts. We build them in from the start with controls that protect without getting in the way of real work.
Shared accountability
We don't hand off a project and disappear. We stay accountable for outcomes, communicate clearly, and work with your team until results are real.
